We are dedicated to our craft of designing and developing unique projects that speak to the soul, and at the same time, we also keep a close eye on global trends and look to the future. Our projects are curated to remain relevant for generations to come and act not only as a store of value and hedge against inflation, but also seek to capture the history and culture, with one arm reaching back in time to preserve what was, and another reaching to the future and embrace what is to be.

We study demographics and trends deeply before choosing to operate in a target area and many times will have our own skin in the game. At Developlan, open communication is one of our cornerstones and we remain open and available to address questions and feedback from our partners.

Our Story
We connect to our partners on a personal level as every person has their own story and we would love to hear yours. Ours goes a bit like this;
Developlan is a family operated business with craftsman roots in stonemasonry and carpentry. Noel showed acumen and passion for masonry work from a very young age and before he even finished school was already building to a high standard. His son started picking up practical skills from his father from when he was young as well and later developed his interest in carpentry.
Developlan has managed significant infrastructure projects and worked with a number of the largest contractors in Malta, having developed a reputation for delivering exceptional results even under pressure. At the moment, the company operates in two jurisdictions; Malta and Portugal, but continues to expand it's horizons, with a network of partners reaching far beyond these two countries.
