Planning
Once the design phase is completed and all projects are submitted for approval, we start to tackle the build of the project. We create comprehensive schedules, finalize all permits, establish quality control checkpoints, and lock in material orders to prevent delays.

Construction
Our team executes the build of the project according to strict quality standards with regular milestone inspections and engineering certifications at critical phases. We can also handle large infrastructure projects through our Project Management set-up. We take care of all contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring the integrity of deadlines, quality and budget are maintained throughout.

Communication
It is important for us to maintain transparency through the whole process of the build. You receive regularly documented updates with site photos, schedule tracking, and upcoming milestones through our client communication system.

Assessment
To ensure full client satisfaction, we go the extra mile and ensure a proper handover is given once construction is complete. Final inspections, systems demonstrations, warranty documentation, and maintenance instructions ensure a smooth transition to enjoying the new build.
