We develop full concepts, including but not limited to boutique resorts, private residencies, and industrial parks. We also assess your needs, vision, budget considerations, and timeline expectations. This comprehensive briefing forms the foundation of our project strategy.

Land Sourcing
We use our extensive and trusted partner network to help source and secure the right parcel of land that suits your specific criteria for investment. We tend to choose and offer projects that fall outside of already heavily developed zones, taking into account the effect high density areas have on our mental and physical health.

Land Planning and Architectural Design
When planning use of the land, several considerations are taken into account before the architectural design begins; optimal orientation for sun exposure, surrounding natural features for accenting or creating barriers, etc. Architectural plans are then drawn up and reviewed for constructability, with engineering consultations and material selection advice to optimize our design.

Feasibility and Permitting
A feasibililty study is conducted to ensure a sound investment strategy and guaranteed capital appreciation and return on capital employed. After ensuring the project is airtight, all documents are submitted to the local authorities to begin the process of obtaining building permits.
